Job Summary


Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is currently seeking dependable and safety-minded Flatbed Driver / Warehouse Associates for AWI in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position plays a key role in supporting daily transportation, warehouse, and material handling operations by safely operating company flatbed trucks, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with warehouse responsibilities.


This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy a combination of driving and warehouse work while contributing to a growing team that values safety, reliability, and customer service.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate company flatbed trucks (Ford F-350 or Chevy 2500 with trailers up to 30 feet; no CDL required)
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials at customer and job site locations
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Verify deliveries and ensure materials are transported accurately and safely
• Assist with warehouse operations including loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials
• Operate material handling equipment as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and vehicle work areas
• Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and operational procedures
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries
• Perform additional warehouse and delivery-related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Indiana driver's license required
• Qualifying driving record required
• Previous experience driving, loading, and unloading flatbed trucks required
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the workday
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and customer service
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to authorize and pass a criminal background check
• Must successfully complete employment eligibility verification through E-Verify

Additional Opportunity
After being converted to a full time employee, associates may qualify for an additional $1.00 per hour by meeting the company's annual safety and wellness requirements
