Qualifications
- Strong cocktail, beer, and spirits knowledge required
- High-volume bartending experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and maintain urgency during service
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong guest interaction and communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and respectful workplace mindset
- Execute beverage service efficiently and consistently
- Maintain a clean and organized bar throughout service
- Engage guests professionally and confidently
- Work closely with servers and management to support overall service flow
- Uphold standards for hospitality, timing, and presentation
