Residential Program Manager - Methodist Home for Children, Franklin, NC

Salary Range: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually About Us Methodist Home for Children (MHC) provides safe, nurturing homes for children and builds stronger families across North Carolina. We partner with public agencies and raise private funds to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services that help children in crisis and prevent future harm. About The Program Our Macon County Multipurpose Home serves youth referred by the juvenile justice system—young people who need structure, support, and a chance to change their paths. Our model focuses on teaching skills, building resilience, and interrupting cycles of negative behavior through care, accountability, and compassion. About The Role We’re looking for a dedicated Program Manager to lead daily operations and ensure the home provides a safe, therapeutic environment. You’ll manage staff, budgets, and programming while fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
