Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Compensation & Benefits Specialist Responsible for the day-to-day administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan, and accurately processes payroll on a weekly basis. What you will do Payroll Processing Process weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner. Inputs and reviews payroll data to ensure accuracy of earnings, deductions, and adjustments. Process wage garnishments and child support orders in compliance with applicable laws. Review and update employee tax information as needed. Assist in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies. Respond to employee payroll-related questions in a timely manner. Timekeeping Support Maintain the timekeeping system and assist with troubleshooting issues. Provide guidance to employees and managers on timecard entry and approvals. Monitor timecard approvals and send reminders as needed. Review approved timecards for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Deceuninck North America
