Registered Nurse Coordinator Surgical Specialties - PACU - Days

Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70 (determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors). Position Highlights Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator Location: Evanston, IL Full time Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday–Friday (4–10 a.m. possibility) What you will do Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in designated surgical specialties. Coordinates department throughput, efficiencies, resources, and staffing. Secures, procures, and maintains supplies, equipment, and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care. Coordinates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicates to all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas. What you will need Education: BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program; degree must be acquired within 24 months of hire from an accredited nursing program. Certification/License: IL RN license; CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association. Experience: Experience in an OR setting; team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking, and effective communication; must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty (unit/specialty specific).
