Marketing & Communications Coordinator 48,000 - $65,000 annual salary Rocky Mount, VA Main Office Position Overview & Key Competencies The Marketing & Communications Coordinator serves as a brand ambassador for Wisler by coordinating marketing activities, maintaining brand consistency, supporting community engagement, and ensuring marketing materials and communications are accurate, organized, and completed on time. This position works closely with leadership and third-party marketing partners to support company initiatives and strengthen the Wisler brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with strong customer service, project coordination, and time management skills. They demonstrate initiative, creativity, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, along with a strong commitment to representing and protecting the company’s brand. This position reports to the Leads Performance Manager. Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event coordination, or a related administrative role Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines Strong Microsoft Office skills Experience scheduling and managing social media content Experience updating website content using a Content Management System (CMS) Experience coordinating vendors or external partners Experience planning or supporting company events Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar graphic design software Education Preferred: Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field OR Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience Experience Preferred: Experience supporting a service-based organization Experience with Google Analytics or website analytics Experience with email marketing platforms Photography and/or video editing experience Familiarity with reputation management platforms We believe in taking care of our team
