Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using MODUS software Develop, optimize, and maintain CMM programs for production and First Article Inspections (FAI) Perform dimensional inspections of complex aerospace components Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports Partner with Quality and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve non-conformances Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency Maintain calibration and performance of inspection equipment Qualifications 2+ years of CMM programming experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing Proficiency with MODUS or comparable CMM programming software Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and dimensional inspection Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges CNC machining/programming experience and Mastercam familiarity are highly valued Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us? The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
