nSenior Real Estate Appraiser leads and completes complex commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialty type valuations, from scope definition through delivery of USPAP-compliant reports for the purpose of mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis, financial reporting purposes, estate purposes, dispute resolution and other intended uses

Senior Appraisers receive an annual base $50,000 draw against commissions payment (except in certain markets that are higher given min. wage requirements – i.e. NY, CA, WA – the specific states if min wage requirements are higher). Senior appraisers earn commission fees which are offset against the draw and based on completed valuation, advisory and related services multiplied by a competitive commission rate. A portion of such commissions may be paid in cash and a portion may be paid in the form of equity (which shall be subject to the terms of the applicable award documents

• ENCE:Bachelor's Degree, preferably in real estate or other related subjects such as economics and finance. Preference is given to MS or MBA in real es
