Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehab
Location: Whispering Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Carrizo Springs, Texas
Company: Reliant Rehabilitation
Pay: $1700 - $1800 per Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 40 Hours Guaranteed

Summary:
Outpatient PT role requiring strong Rehab experience . Work alongside a collaborative rehab team delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities (brief):

• Evaluate & treat patients

• Develop and update care plans

• Document progress

Full Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate

• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care

• Document services accurately and timely

• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families

• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulations

Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain)

• Graduate of accredited PT program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist (PT) experience required

• Strong Rehab experience required

• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills

• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs

Licensure / Compact:

• Physical Therapy Compact: Texas is a compact state

• Compact license accepted (TX privilege required)
