About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President to spearhead the development and execution of its marketplace business plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating strategic goals into regional sales, service, business development, and marketing plans. This role involves leading, recruiting, coaching, and developing branch teams, as well as strengthening relationships with members, businesses, and community partners. The Regional Vice President will also be tasked with tracking profitability, productivity, service quality, and regional growth, and must ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of financial institution management experience, with a preference for those who have experience leading multiple locations, developing business, and analyzing financial performance. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, or at least 2 years' of related work experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business growth, sales coaching, and team development, as well as strong financial analysis, communication, and community relationship skills. The role also requires the ability to obtain and maintain the necessary NMLS registration and involves 2-3 days of travel per week.
