Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings (Part-Time) Starting Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 Mornings | Flexible Scheduling | Paid Training Benefits of WIS Hiring Immediately Career and promotion opportunities $200 Referral Bonus 401(k) program Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability plans available Paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments Supportive environment where diversity is celebrated What You’ll Do Coach and develop Inventory Associates Follow a clear, consistent workflow Serve as primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Travel to retail locations Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times What We’re Looking For At least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments Attention to detail Positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen as required Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are valuable backgrounds for this position. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; to frequently be in low level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; to frequently use a ladder; to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
