Who: Avant Capital Partners, a privately owned and funded commercial real estate bridge lender with home office in New Canaan, CT.
The position:
Senior analyst to support origination and underwriting of new loans for commercial real estate properties across the continental US, as well as aid asset management functions for existing loan portfolio.
Requirements:
Two years’ experience in commercial real estate lending or investment. Facility with Excel and ability to adapt to standard industry analytical tools.
Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree with specialization in finance. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong work ethic; record of recent accomplishment.
Direct report to senior management, principals of the firm. Opportunity for advancement.
Compensation: Base salary of $105,000 plus full benefits. Profit sharing.
Additional requirement: In-office presence 5 days per week.
