Associate Procurement Manager

Ocean Spray is hiring for an Associate Procurement Manager. The role brings together procurement and strategic sourcing activities for indirect categories within the cooperative. Position Location: A hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA, with Mondays and Fridays remote. Responsibilities Assist in building category strategies to improve cost effectiveness, supplier service levels, and quality while mitigating risk. Execute category sourcing strategies including RFIs and RFPs, develop selection criteria and drive optimal supplier selections in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Conduct supplier negotiations, contract development and contracting, and coordinate with stakeholders on program implementation and ongoing supplier management. Research and provide information on category trends and best practices. Actively seek opportunities to streamline business processes. Qualifications At least 3 years of manufacturing‑related experience (consumer, food, or beverage preferred). Experience in contract negotiation, contract development, and contract review. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and S2P systems (e.g., Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa). Strategic sourcing and supplier relationship experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s or University degree (required).
