Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students referred through the school system
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver effective therapy sessions in 1:1 or small group settings, tailored to each child’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate support strategies into the classroom and home environment
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for assessments, progress notes, and reports as required by educational regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development to ensure high-quality services
