Call Center Details:
- Temporary position
- $ 16.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Second Shift (Monday through Saturday from 05:00pm to 09:30pm)
- Conduct confidential outbound health surveys for Utah health programs and the CDC
- Accurately enter survey information into the computer system
- Follow call scripts and professional communication standards
- Participate in training, practice calls, and team shadowing
Call Center Qualifications:
- Prior computer experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills preferred
- Must maintain a professional and business casual appearance
- Must pass a Utah State background check and 5-panel drug screen
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
