- Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients
- Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
- Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competence with a variety of computer applications
- Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families
- Your passion for working with children with special needs, along with a commitment to building strong relationships and making every session engaging and enjoyable.
- Your collaborative spirit and willingness to work with a team
- Your flexibility when adapting to each child's unique needs
- Your strong communication skills and comfort partnering with families and BCBAs to support each child's progress
