QuickPro Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Facility Maintenance / General Labor Associate to support operations at one of our client facilities. This position works a rotating shift schedule and plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while assisting with general production and shipping support as needed.

Schedule : Work 7 days on 7am-3pm, off 4 days, 7 days on 3pm-11pm, off 3 days, 7 days on 11pm-7am, off 2 days

Position Summary

The Facility Maintenance / General Labor Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, supporting production and shipping operations, and ensuring all safety standards are followed. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the facility
• Follow all plant safety rules and required PPE standards at all times
• Perform cleaning duties in all areas, including but not limited to:
  • Restrooms
  • Locker rooms
  • Break areas
  • Production floor
  • Offices and basement areas
• Assist production and shipping departments as needed
• Operate forklift or bobcat when required and properly trained
• Perform general painting and basic facility upkeep tasks
• Empty trash and maintain waste disposal areas throughout the facility
• Communicate supply needs or maintenance concerns to supervision
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work a rotating  shift schedule, including holidays and overtime as needed
• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and cleaning for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided if applicable)

Work Environment

This position requires working in a manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Safety compliance and PPE usage are mandatory at all times.
