Facilitate and support primary agency programs.\n2. Provide calm, confident, and positive leadership to the entire organization.\n3. Disseminate information readily to stake holders as appropriate.\n4. Submit accurate reports according to deadlines.\n5. When confronted with things with which you question, disagree, or have a concern, speak directly with those involved.\n6. Ensure that your area, office, and/or building is clean, organized, safe, and in compliance with all codes.\n7. Comply with grant requirements accordingly.\n8. Cross train with fellow staff to ensure a steady flow of business despite absences.\n\n\nSpecific Responsibilities:\n1. Discuss and form plans of action regarding large scale donations or deconstruction projects to ensure safety and efficiency with the ReStore Donation Director.\n2. Negotiate with vendors concerning large scale donations – arrange transport for said donations to ensure timely delivery.\n3. Coordinate the pickup of donations with donors and attempt to handle complaints, disputes, and resolve grievances with an unhappy donor.The person in this position is the first person responsible to attempt to resolve these situations. Any complaints need to be brought to the attention of the ReStore Donation Director.\n4. Ensure that ReStore vehicles/trailers are properly maintained and safe to operate by performing a daily checklist. In addition, coordinate with ReStore Donation Director to have any necessary repairs made to ReStore vehicles/trailers.\n5. Oversee the pickup and delivery of all used materials ensuring that we do not accept donations of hazardous materials.\n6. Utilize our “Vonigo” online donation system as required by ReStore Donation Director.\n7. Help out at the ReStore with whatever is needed when there are no pickups to go after.\n8. Turn in all donation receipts to ReStore Donation Director daily.\n9. Keep track of all gas receipts, notate and turn into ReStore Donation Director.\n10. Coordinate the transfer of Purchased Materials between ReStore locations as needed. This must be done without disrupting the normal flow of donation pick-ups.
