Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires experience in Level 1 trauma, Neuro, Ortho, and Spine procedures. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring a safe and efficient environment conducive to surgical procedures.

Shift Details

Shift Type: Day, 4x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30)
Weekend Requirement: 2-3 shifts per month
On-call Requirement: Yes, 24-36 hours per month

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients during surgical procedures.
Assist with the preparation and management of the operating room.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain sterile conditions and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Operating Room setting, with Level 1 trauma and circulating experience required.
Certifications: BCLS certification required.
Education: Current RN license and relevant education in nursing.
Travel Experience: Travel experience preferred.
COVID-19 Vaccine: Optional, but vaccination numbers must be reported.
Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
