• Support the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) under the guidance of special education staff
• Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning
• Support students with personal care needs when necessary, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere
