Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional nursing care, focusing on adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses including fractures, COPD, hypertension, chest pain, and congestive heart failure.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in a Medical-Surgical setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous Med Surg experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
