Business Analytics Developer | PM ACE

Salary: $98,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

• General understanding of government budget execution processes; Department of Defense experience is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formula-based analysis
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, with at least Power BI
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain recurring reports accurately
• Ability to complete assigned tasks independently with moderate oversight
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Prior experience supporting an Army or Department of Defense financial management office is preferred
• Familiarity with Department of Defense financial systems such as GFEBS or GCSS-Army is a plus
• Experience using Power Apps or Power Automate beyond basic use is preferred

• Maintain and update recurring financial reports for PAE ACE stakeholders
• Create, refine, and troubleshoot pivot tables and Excel analyses for financial tracking
• Review budget execution data and help identify discrepancies or reporting errors
• Assist with Power Platform reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows, as needed
• Respond to routine data requests from program and financial management staff
• Maintain accurate and consistent data across reports and source systems
