About the Role

Our high-end, luxury MedSpa is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Buford location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes a fast pace, enjoys people, and takes pride in running a clean, organized, high-performing clinic. You'll be the Regional Manager's right hand — leading the front desk team, driving membership and package sales, keeping the schedule full, and making sure every guest leaves feeling taken care of. This is a growth role. Our Assistant Managers are developed to step into Center Manager positions.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily clinic operations alongside the Center Manager, and serve as the manager on duty in their absence
• Open and close the clinic, including cash handling, daily reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting
• Coach the front desk team on guest experience, consultations, and closing membership and package sales
• Personally sell memberships, packages, and retail — this role carries individual sales expectations
• Manage the appointment book: fill open time, reduce no-shows and cancellations, and confirm upcoming guests
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate appropriately
• Maintain inventory counts, product ordering, and back-bar supply levels
• Support scheduling, timekeeping accuracy, and onboarding of new team members
• Ensure treatment rooms, restrooms, and common areas meet cleanliness and infection-control standards
• Support compliance requirements including consent forms, charting completeness, and documentation follow-up
• Run and review daily and weekly reports in our practice management system

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of supervisory or assistant management experience — medical spa, aesthetics, salon, retail, fitness, or hospitality all translate well
• Proven sales ability, especially with memberships, packages, or recurring programs
• Comfortable leading a team and holding people accountable in a positive way
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with POS, scheduling, and reporting software (Zenoti experience a plus)
• Availability to work 6 days per week, including Saturdays, and evenings
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to have: aesthetics or medical spa background, esthetician or cosmetology license, prior experience with membership-based business models.

Please note: this position is non-clinical. Any clinical services would require a separate, appropriate state license and credential.
