Be an Expert : Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future production and mass production; anticipates seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance and inventory management; operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, club pick‑up orders, training and product quality; adopts new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner : Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, handling payment types, locating merchandise and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate; influences and inspires a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training associates. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy and applying these in all business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities and adapts to change. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certification. Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00, plus possible premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
