Serve as Associate Medical Director for the Cancer Service Line, guiding systemwide cancer care strategies. Lead and mentor a team of more than 40 physicians, supporting academic development and research initiatives. Oversee clinical programs, research, and academic growth within hematology and oncology services. Collaborate with hospital and academic partners to expand oncology services and clinical trials. Maintain clinical practice ( 25%) providing direct patient care. Support multidisciplinary collaboration and innovative care models across multiple hospital sites. Engage in faculty development, graduate medical education, and fellowship programs. What You Need: MD or DO with completed Hematology/Oncology fellowship Michigan medical license or eligibility Minimum of 5+ years leadership experience in an academic or large health system setting Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Proven experience in overseeing faculty, clinical, and research operations Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills About the Assignment: Join a dynamic team at a leading facility in Detroit, Michigan, dedicated to excellence in cancer care, research, and education.
