Customer Service Representative ???? Location: Tacoma, WA ???? Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday - 8am-430pm ???? Pay: $19 - $20/hour SmartTalent is hiring! We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support one of our well-established clients in the Tacoma, WA area. What You'll Be Doing: Provide high-level customer support via phone, email, and occasionally in person Accurately enter and manage customer data and account information in internal systems Navigate multiple accounts and switch between client needs with ease Research and resolve issues efficiently and professionally Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and procedures Follow up on open cases and ensure resolution meets customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and team meetings What Were Looking For: 1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience preferred Strong multitasking abilitiesable to shift gears quickly and prioritize effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn Why SmartTalent?
