Experience Required: Three or more years of experience in supply chain, including hands-on experience as a buyer (production, program, commodity, or indirect) and a solid understanding of the purchasing process.

·        Experience in ERP or system implementation, change management, cutover, or business readiness, or a strong interest in these areas.

·        SAP ERP, Supply Chain, Buyer, Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems, Process Improvement, Transition Support

·        Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other enterprise procurement systems. Experience in UAT, CRPs, mock cutovers, hypercare, or go/no-go readiness. Experience with readiness assessments, adoption metrics, or Power BI. Prosci, CCMP, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification. Experience with supplier communications or supplier enablement.
