Pediatric - Critical Care Medicine Physician

Millennium Medical Group (MMG) is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join our physician-led team and provide PICU coverage at one of our partner hospitals. The physician will deliver comprehensive critical care services to infants, children, and adolescents in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatric subspecialists, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Perform and oversee critical care procedures as clinically indicated.
• Participate in patient rounds, family meetings, and care planning discussions.
• Respond to pediatric emergencies and hospital consultations.
• Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and peer review activities.
• Support and mentor advanced practice providers, residents, and medical students when applicable.
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing, licensure, and continuing medical education requirements.
Qualifications
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Current DEA registration and applicable certifications.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
