Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13‑week assignment in Carrollton, Georgia. The role involves assisting patients recovering from injuries or illnesses, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Eligibility & Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Georgia PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred. Familiarity with common outpatient modalities and equipment (therapeutic ultrasound, TENS, hot/cold packs, whirlpool, wheelchair fittings). Capable of implementing treatment plans established by a Physical Therapist and documenting patient progress according to clinic standards. Previous clinical experience with gait training, balance and coordination exercises, and functional mobility training preferred. New graduates considered. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8 (day shift). Start date: 05/18/2026 (ASAP). Positions available: 1.
