What You Do

• Greet every guest as they enter our restaurant.
• Ensure guests receive superior service.
• Guide the guest through the menu and help select offerings to their preferences.
• Maintain our standards of cleanliness.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes.
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food.

Who You Are

• Strong team player with the ability to develop positive relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in the work environment.
• Customer service savvy.
• Able to lift up of 50lbs.
• Food Handler's Certification required upon hire.
• At least 16 years of age.

Established in 2010, Jae Kim, founder of Chi'Lantro, started a food truck business by maxing out his credit cards and taking out his total savings of $30,000 to pursue his vision of building the world-leading Korean BBQ brand. Today, Chi'Lantro is in Austin, Houston and San Marcos and is committed to serving guests great food and amazing customer service in a clean and friendly environment.
