Pricing Analyst

This position is onsite at our New Rochelle, NY office on our hybrid schedule. Position Purpose: The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and execution of pricing strategies, including the preparation of estimates and custom proposals, pricing and assembly of new and existing products, evaluation of potential deals, and RFP support. This position works closely with Sales, Finance, Technology, and Marketing teams. The successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare estimates and custom pricing proposals. Develop a thorough understanding of new and existing products, pricing structures, and related business processes. Support the preparation and analysis of RFPs, customer agreements, contracts, and potential business opportunities. Evaluate potential deals and provide pricing analysis and recommendations. Review and verify completed work for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Build strong relationships with sales representatives and BEC support personnel and provide timely, responsive support. Provide ongoing customer-service-oriented support to internal stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Develop, review, and revise pricing and assembly setup for new and existing product lines. Job Requirements/Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or another relevant quantitative discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated expertise with Excel functions, formulas, filtering and sorting, text-to-columns, data validation, pivot tables, and data analysis. Experience with MSSQL or other database/query tools is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with large amounts of data and data ambiguity. Extreme attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Ability to understand detailed information while also recognizing the broader business implications and impact. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position. The base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
