Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, while putting people first, working as a team, and acting with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.55 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thu: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Support daily operations by observing activity at the location, assisting with visitor processing, and completing routine reports related to security-related incidents and/or patrol findings. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
