Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Tue 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Wed 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Thur 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and sensitive areas, assist with visitor direction and crowd management, and support de‑escalation efforts during tense or high‑traffic situations. Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity that may impact daily operations. Minimum Requirements A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
