Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat and healthy appearance - Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, fertilizing, and weed control - Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers - Assist with landscape installation and seasonal clean-up projects - Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment is used properly - Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project expectations Skills and Qualifications: - Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is required - Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently - Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work - Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude - Valid driver's license required for equipment operation and transportation - 5 Years of driving history Compensation Structure:- Training Pay: Minimum $18/hour (based on experience)
- Post-Training Pay (Production Based):
- 21% for Drivers
- 19% for Helpers
- 1 year of lawn maintenance experience
- Valid Driver's License held for a minimum of 5 years
- Must have reliable transportation (company vehicle provided only during work hours)
- Punctual and reliable
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Comfortable using tech and applications
- Customer Service focused
