Location: We are open to hiring candidates located in Boca Raton, FL or the NY Metro area as occasional travel in the office may be required. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced life insurance product, planning and design expert to advise clients on the best options and build reviews. The role involves designing, implementing and analyzing effective strategies that align with client goals, and working closely with advisors and team members to integrate annuity and life insurance solutions into comprehensive financial plans. Position Responsibilities Support key external and internal clients. Manage multiple, concurrent projects and deliverables. Play an important role in Vanbridge’s growth and management, ensuring connectivity across communications and guiding partners in strategy and execution. Apply strong technology aptitude, including experience with AI, Claude and other tools. Provide highly analytical problem‑solving and customer‑focused strategic vision that promotes team collaboration. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand financial needs, goals and risk tolerance. Analyze various life insurance policies to determine the best fit for clients’ financial plans. Provide tailored recommendations on life insurance policies that align with client objectives. Assist clients with the application process, policy management and necessary adjustments to coverage. Educate clients on the benefits and features of different annuity and life insurance solutions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Work closely with advisors and other team members to integrate solutions into comprehensive financial plans. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, product developments and regulatory changes. Maintain comprehensive understanding of life insurance industry and product illustration systems (UL, IUL, VUL, Term, WL). Prepare client meeting materials, correspondence and other client communications. Collaborate with Advisors throughout the planning process to ensure accurate and timely completion. Proactively identify new opportunities and work to respond to client needs in a professional manner. Maintain carrier product information, rate changes and rules. Desired Skills and Experience Requirements Minimum two to three years of related experience. Experience in insurance and financial services. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Expertise in life portfolio management. Life, Health, FINRA Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 licenses (or plan to obtain within 90 days). Working knowledge of insurance industry software. Ability to maintain high confidentiality and strong business acumen. Proven track record in cross‑training, task‑sharing and supportive teamwork. Innovative, proactive time management and strong follow‑through. Experience in client support, portfolio management, relationship management or paraplanner role within financial services. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in AI, Claude, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications. High level of organization and project management skills. Ability to prioritize workflow and deliverables based on advisor and client needs. Team‑player mentality with confidence and persuasiveness in virtual and in‑person interactions. Compensation The base salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, skills and certifications, with additional bonuses and benefits available.
