About the Team
The Talent Acquisition team sits within the Global Strategy and Talent division and plays a critical role in enabling College Board's mission through the people we hire. As part of a broader Talent organization of approximately 40 professionals, our team partners with leaders across the enterprise to attract and secure high quality talent that drives business outcomes.

As an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, you will bring great people onto College Board teams by owning full cycle recruiting for a steady volume of roles. This is a great fit for someone who wants to grow their craft through consistent full cycle hiring, and who enjoys the steady rhythm of always having roles to fill.

Drive strong close outcomes through effective candidate engagement and stakeholder alignment
Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline sourcing, screening, scheduling, and communication while maintaining high-quality candidate engagement
Proactively source, engage, and activate passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship building
Monitor pipeline activity and hiring progress, sharing regular updates with stakeholders
Represent College Board's employer brand in every candidate interaction
R ecruitment Operations, and Process Excellence (20%)

Educate hiring leaders on evolving recruiting tools and data insights to support faster, higher-quality hiring decisions
About You
3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, corporate and/or education recruiting experience preferred
Energized by the day-to-day work of recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing, and comfort working a steady, high volume caseload of similar roles
Strong ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers
