What matters most is your willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and reliability.Work ScheduleFull-TimeMonday – Friday8:00 AM – 4:30 PMEmployees who need transportation from Kahului can meet for carpool pickup at 7:30 AM.What You'll Be DoingAs an Entry-Level Plumbing Laborer, you'll assist experienced plumbers with a variety of residential and commercial projects while learning the plumbing trade.Responsibilities include:Assist plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance.Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites.Dig trenches and assist with installing and removing piping.Retrieve parts and supplies to help projects run efficiently.Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements.Help maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.Work closely with lead plumbers to complete projects safely and efficiently.What We're Looking ForNo plumbing experience required-training is provided.Reliable, punctual, and dependable.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.Construction, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.Valid driver's license is preferred.Experience using hand or power tools is a plus.Physical RequirementsLift and carry 75–100 pounds.Frequently bend, kneel, squat, lift, and stand throughout the day.Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics when necessary.Perform physically demanding work throughout the entire shift.Why You'll Love This Opportunity$17.00 per hourPaid WeeklyFull-time, stable employment.On-the-job training-no experience necessary.Transportation available from Kahului for eligible employees.Learn a valuable skilled trade with opportunities for advancement.Career GrowthThis position is an excellent starting point for a long-term career in plumbing.
