JOB OVERVIEW

• Job Title: Urologist

• Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

• Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas

• Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services

• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call

• Coverage Period: Ongoing

FACILITY INFORMATION

• Surgical Suites: 11 suites in the Main OR and 6 in the Outpatient Surgery Center

• Robotic Systems: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 available

• Call Schedule: 1:3

• Hospital Coverage: Single hospital coverage

• Administrative Support: Strong and supportive leadership and staff

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Adult patients

• Case Mix: General urology and surgical cases

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges: Required

• Salary: Competitive base salary ($550,000+) plus production bonus

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• General urologic surgeries

• Robotic-assisted urologic procedures using Da Vinci systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility

• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver comprehensive urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Perform surgeries and procedures utilizing advanced OR technologies

• Participate in call coverage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
