GENERAL PURPOSE The Logistics Coordinator will communicate with internal customers (Studios, Customer Service) and partner with Operations Teams, Distribution Centers (3PL), and Delivery Agents (Middle/Final Mile) to ensure a positive customer experience within the transportation role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Effectively communicates, responds, and resolves assigned cases in Salesforce.com. * Ensures a timely resolution of transportation and agent-related service issues. * Efficiently utilizes the applicable carrier tracking systems * Works with carriers, studio associates, phone center personnel to arrange for the retrieval and return of company assets. * Other duties as needed to support the goals of the business. SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Minimum of 2 years previous transportation or distribution experience preferably in customer service function or logistics roles. * Proficient utilization of ERP and WMS system knowledge (NetSuite/Salesforce/Manhattan) * Familiarity with basic logistics terminology and flow. * Ability to work with limited direct supervision and track many issues/processes daily. * Must have excellent communication and written skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, demonstrating a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. * Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
