Assistant Property Manager - Affordable Housing (LIHTC)

Biggs Property Management is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to support LIHTC Fort Wayne properties, handling leasing support, resident communications, and office operations. The role requires strong customer service, organization, and discretion with confidential information. Yardi Voyager experience is a plus, and HUD/LIHTC knowledge is preferred.
