Owner-Operator, Boise Market Part-Time Contract (Local Presence Required)

This role requires you to already live in or near Boise, Idaho. We are not considering candidates outside the market there's no relocation support, and the job only works with someone who's already local.

Stellar Senior Living is building a 145-unit assisted living and memory care community in Boise. Our development team is based in Utah and needs a trusted local presence to represent our interests on-site throughout construction.

Part-time, flexible a few hours a week. Built for someone with construction judgment and Boise market knowledge who can spot what matters and knows when to raise a flag.

Visit the site regularly to track construction progress

Represent the owner at key project meetings

Serve as our main point of contact with the general contractor

Keep our Utah team looped in on site conditions, concerns, and milestones

Catch issues early, before they turn into costly problems

Bring local market relationships and context that our team doesn't have from a distance

A retired construction pro who wants meaningful part-time work

A former project manager with senior living, healthcare, or multifamily background

An active contractor, architect, or developer with room in their schedule

Solid construction judgment and real relationships in Boise are more important than a specific title

No direct reports, no full-time hours just someone reliable watching the site

Hourly or flat-fee contract, negotiable based on experience and availability.
