The Occupational Therapist (OTR) will provide specialized therapeutic care to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Working within a small multidisciplinary team, the OT will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to support children’s functional independence and development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to identify functional abilities and challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric needs
• Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home strategies
• Collaborate closely with a small team of healthcare professionals (1-5 members)
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in occupational therapy
• Licensed Occupational Therapist with OTR credential
• Proficiency in pediatric patient assessment and treatment planning
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Effective team collaboration and time management abilities
• Problem-solving skills coupled with empathy and adaptability
