Job Description: As Food Quality Specialist at Mars, you will maintain, design and improve the site quality management system to comply with the quality standards.

- Ideally, Bachelor's degree Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
- Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment working in Quality, Food Safety, Engineering and/or Product/Process development
- Developing and updating all paperwork/systems to be complaint to global standards
- Supporting operations with incident management, troubleshooting and conduct food safety risk assessments as part of hold and release
- Driving continuous improvement and execute quality projects in close collaboration with other teams
- Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.
