Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise and train production line personnel, fostering a high-performance team.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet specifications.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
• Optimize production processes to improve output, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and support overall operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
