Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of an assigned physician's practice. Coordinate the physician's schedule and facilitate scheduling of tests and procedures for patients. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring timely responses to medication refill requests, sample requests, and patient assistance programs. Utilize the electronic medical records (EMR) system for accurate and timely documentation. Process and organize physician mail. Complete incoming FMLA and disability forms efficiently and accurately. Perform other supportive clinical and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Education & Experience: Current IL and Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required). Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with EMR systems and general medical office procedures preferred. Skills & Abilities: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinical environment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to patient‑centered care.
