They are responsible for coordinating with engineers to study and improve designs and shop-aids, as well as operate machines and equipment with an eye for developing strategies and workflow.Technicians must be able to follow instructions from engineers and strive to ensure their work meets high standards of quality. They are also required to work in a team environment, so strong communication and collaboration skills are important.Preferred QualificationsExperience in composite manufacturing or related field preferredProficiency in using hand and power toolsAttention to detail and quality control skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamPhysical dexterity and ability to work with complex parts.Experience1-3 years of work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Working ConditionsWhile performing the typical duties of this job, employees will experience the conditions noted below.
