Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician works closely with operations and the maintenance facility team to ensure all equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. This role is responsible for diagnosing malfunctioning machinery, performing general repairs, installing new equipment, and executing the preventative maintenance program.

• Troubleshooting and Repairs (mechanical and electrical)
• Conducting regular inspections of equipment, systems and documenting results

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and adhere to all safety and compliance initiatives.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct routine inspections, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and operational support.
• Support general facilities maintenance.
• Support startup, shutdown and equipment isolation activities.
• Material moving using motorized equipment
• Initiative and strategic with assignments
