Payroll Accountant - Costpoint

Payroll Administrator Costpoint – Reston, VA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an Administrator to support payroll operations for several hundred employees. This role is Hybrid (3 days onsite) in Reston, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage payroll, including employee changes (new hires, terminations, benefits updates) usin Deltek Costpoint
Maintain personnel, payroll, and benefits records with high confidentiality
Support HRIS data entry and payroll system updates
Assist with unemployment audits and file maintenance (I-9s, benefits, compensation, etc.)
Manage Union and Non-Union Payroll

Qualifications:

Experience with in house payroll processing
Experience with Costpoint required
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
