Evaluate client needs and collaboratively develop and implement individualized workout journeys that are safe, effective and inclusive of their preferences, desired outcomes and physical abilities ### **Education*** High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) ### **Certification/Licensure*** BLS within 90 days of hire (Required)* Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer within 90 days (Required) ### **Experience*** None required Talroo-Allied Health, Monster, exercise, gym, trainer, fitness We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $21.73 - $33.84 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
