Adecco is currently hiring Soldering Technicians to support a leading medical device manufacturer in Largo, FL. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a clean, high-tech, and quality-driven environment.

Position Overview

The Soldering Technician is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components in accordance with strict quality and industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform soldering of electronic components and assemblies

• Read and interpret PCB layouts and identify components accurately

• Utilize soldering tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Ensure all soldering meets IPC J-STD-001 quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to understand PCB layouts and identify electronic components

• Experience with soldering tools and techniques

• Ability to successfully complete the clients soldering assessment unassisted in 60 minutes or less

• All soldering work must meet IPC J-STD-001 requirements

• IPC J-STD-001 certification preferred

Certification & Training

• Candidates who pass the soldering assessment but are not currently certified will be enrolled in the client’s internal soldering certification program

Pay Details: $18.25 to $19.95 per hour
